At Écléra Jewels, we focus on high-quality jewelry. We do not offer refunds, but you can exchange items if the conditions below are met.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges must be requested on the same day you receive your order.

• Email eclerajewels@gmail.com with your order number to request an exchange.

• Send the item back in its original packaging, along with your proof of purchase and the exchange form.

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

• To cancel, email eclerajewels@gmail.com immediately so we can process it.
